Ingredients:
500 g of minced lamb meat
150 ml of coconut milk
150 g of white bread
40 gr of salted and sweetened chopped peanuts
3 potatoes
1 onion
1 yolk of egg
Salt
Black pepper
Ginger
Nutmeg
Elaboration:
Boil the potatoes with salt and mix the breadcrumb with the coconut milk and let it rest.
Fry the onion sliced in a frying pan and remove all the oil. Mix it with the egg, the meat, the bread and the peanuts. Season and add ginger and nutmeg. Knead well and make the meatballs.
Fry them and serve with the potatoes catted into slices. If you want, you can prepare a mango chutney or yogurt sauce for dipping with them.
