Ingredients:
- Entrecote
- Mushrooms
- Foie
- Pedro Ximenez vinegar
- Puff pastry or Brie pastry
How to make it:
It is a very easy recipe for a tapas.
Took a frying pan and put some oil and cook back and forth the meat. Remove it from the heat. Prepare the mushrooms in the same pan, cook them until they lose all the water. Prepare the bags adding some mushrooms, meat and a Pedro Ximenez vinegar spoon. Close them with a stick and put them in the oven for some minutes under 250ºC, when you see its overcooked change the temperature to 200ºC and leave them since they are cooked. Remove them from the oven and you can serve them!
