Homemade cold cuts

Do you know that the homemade cold cut is healthier and tasty than the elaborated? Also is so easy to make your own cold cut. Today we show you some recipes based on turkey and chicken.

 

Cold cut of chicken with vegetables

Ingredients: 400 g of minced meat of chicken, 1 egg, ½ glass of white wine, 3 spoonfuls of breadcrumbs, smoked bacon, hard-boiled egg, chicken filets, salt and pepper.

Elaboration: beat the egg lightly and add all the ingredients except the bacon and mix all. Line a mold of oven with the strips of bacon and add the half of the mixture. Place the filets of chicken and the cut hard-boiled egg and cover it with the rest of the mixture. Cover the mold with film doing a few holes to let go the steam. Cook it in the microwave 15 min to 750w.

 

Cold cut of chicken with bacon and jamón curado

Ingredients: 2 breasts of chicken, 150 gr of ham, 150 gr of jamón curado, 1 spoonful of cheese, salt, black pepper, spices of la Provence, 2 spoonfuls of white wine and 2 eggs.

Elaboration: chop the bacon, the ham and the breasts of chicken in the grinder and mix them. Beat the egg with the salt, the pepper, the spices and the wine. Mix the meat with the egg and the cheese. Extend a film paper and incorporate the mixture making a roll. Steam it during approximately 30 min.

 

Cold cut of turkey with bacon and pistachios

Ingredients: 400 g of breast of turkey, 125 g of smoked bacon, 125 g of ham, 50 g of pistachios, 1 garlic clove, white pepper and salt.

Elaboration: chop the breast with the ham, the bacon, the garlic clove, the salt and the pepper. Mix it with the pistachios and extend it on a film paper making a roll. Cook it on the microwave during 6 min
