You need:
2 duck magret
2 teaspoons of black pepper
2 teaspoons of butter
1 shallot
1 cup of Oporto
4 teaspons of brandy
1 branch of cinnamon
2 starry anise
4 teaspons of sugar
Preparation:
Remove the fat excess of the breast of duck and checkered the skin with a knife.
Put salt for both sides the magret and add pepper in the side of the skin.
Cook a little bit for both sides slowly and remove the breast.
Add the Oporto, the sugar, the cinnamon and the anise and boil to slow fire.
Cut the magret in thinly sliced.
