Lamb chops grilled with vegetable ragout and garlic sauce. A very easy recipe!

Ingredients:
20 chops
Salt and pepper
Ingredients for the sauce:
1 head of garlic
olive oil
200ml cream
salt and pepper
Ingredients for vegetable ragout:
80g carrot
4 asparagus
100g mushrooms "shiitake"
2 shallots onions
100g leeks
2 cloves garlic
rosemary
150 ml of juice of the meat

Preparation:
We will start with the garlic sauce, putting the peeled garlic in a big pot for a few seconds, after a few seconds with the garlic already medium cooked we will cover them with olive oil and leave it cooking in low heat 80º. Once the garlic is soft, we will remove the oil from the garlic (reserving the oil in another bowl) and put the cream on top of the garlic in the same pan. Let it be cooked for a few minutes. Put salt to taste and blend it.

To prepare the vegetable ragout, we will cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Put a little bit of oil into all the vegetable already cut, and then the last one to be add has to be the eggplant. Cook it until they are ready to eat and add the juice of the meat. Add rosemary on top. On the other hand, the meat, will be done with a little bit of oil in the same pan that we booked the garlic. Cook it until your personal taste and it will be ready!
