Ingredients for 4:
• 4 pieces of Ossobucco tenderloin
• 2 onions
• 1 carrot
• 1 leek
• 2 garlic
• 2 ripe tomatoes
• 1 cup red wine
• Vegetable broth meat
• 10 peppercorns
• 5 cloves
• 2 bay leaf
• Salt
• Flour
• Olive oil
How to make it:
1. Roll the meat in flour
2. Put a little olive oil in a pot. Until you give a bit of color to the meat. Remove it.
3. In another pot put onion, garlic, leek and carrot, also in olive oil. For 5 minutes.
4. Add the peeled tomatoes. 5 minutes. All together.
5. Put the meat in the pot where you are doing the vegetables.
6. Put a glass of red wine, pepper, bay leaf and cloves. For 4 minutes over high heat.
7. Cover in the same pot where you have all the ingredients with water. Slow heat. For 2 hours.
Presentation:
1. Pass through the blender the vegetables and present it with separating the meat from the vegetable sauce.
2. Serve as stew all together.
