Ingredients:
• 1 suckling pig
• Potatoes
• Lemon
• Olive oil
• Garlic
• Salt and pepper
The day before eat this amazing food, you must marinate. In this case, you must take the skin and scour it with pepper, salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Inside the animal, you can scour the garlic so well.
The next day, we bake the suckling pig for two hours. Meanwhile, we start to peel and cut the potatoes.
