INGREDIENTS
250 g of beef fillet

100 g of lettuce
1 onion (julienned)
150 g of corn

1 bunch of coriander
1 avocado
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Chili powder (to taste)

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender.
Mix the lettuce with the onion, corn, beans, pepper, tomatoes and the dressing in a salad bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. When hot, put the steak. Season it with salt and pepper. Cook the meat over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
