Post-workout salad with steak and avocado

This combination is invincible. The proteins of the steak, vegetables and avocado and their freshness. Prepare this salad now and enjoy it after your workout.

INGREDIENTS

250 g of beef fillet

1 tablespoon of olive oil

100 g of lettuce

1 onion (julienned)

150 g of corn

200 g of red beans (precooked)

1 bell pepper (chopped)

100 g cherry tomatoes (cut in half)

½ avocado

Salt and pepper to taste)

1 bunch of coriander

1 avocado

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Chili powder (to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste)

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender.

Mix the lettuce with the onion, corn, beans, pepper, tomatoes and the dressing in a salad bowl.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. When hot, put the steak. Season it with salt and pepper. Cook the meat over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.

Put the steak and avocado strips on top of the salad.
