Grilled lamb chops

Ingredients

1 head of garlic

1 tablespoon of butter

1 pinch of salt

1 lemon juice

4 pieces of lamb chops per diner

Preparation

Try working with fresh parsley, if so, finely chop it and season the chops with salt and parsley.

Pre-heat the griddle to 200 ° with butter spread all over the griddle and the chopped garlic. If you don't control the temperature of the griddle, it should be very hot and the butter melted.

Place the chops and brown them. After a few minutes, turn them over and add a few drops of lemon on each of the chops.

Serve freshly grilled lamb chops and garnish with potatoes and artichokes or a cold potato salad with olives.
