Ingredients:
1 chicken in quarters
2 apples discouraged to quarters
2 onions
Juice of half a lemon
A glass of brandy
A glass of chicken broth
Half a glass of soy sauce
Salt and ground black pepper
Elaboration:
Brown the chicken in the casserole with olive oil. Add the brandy and let the alcohol evaporate.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the apples and when it comes to the boil, put it in the hot oven at 170°.
