Ingredients:
2 small pork tenderloins
A splash of brandy
1 small onion
1 pear
1 glass of water
1/2 tablet of broth
150 g of cheese
25 g of raisins
A handful of pine nuts
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Elaboration:
Season the sirloins and seal over high heat in a deep pan.
Add the brandy, flame and remove the sirloins to a plate. Collect the juice and reserve.
In a saucepan, add a tablespoon of oil and brown the chopped onion. Add salt, cover and cook.
Peel the pear and cut into cubes. Add it to the onion and cook a few minutes. Add the sirloins to the casserole, add the reserved juice and the glass of water with the half tablet of dissolved broth. Cook the sirloins for ten minutes over medium-high heat.
Add the cream cheese and the raisins and let it cook for about five minutes.
