Steamed chicken meatballs with mustard sauce

Ingredients:

500 gr. of chicken breast

Serrano ham in small pieces

1 clove of garlic

A bunch of parsley

3 spoons of breadcrumbs

1 egg

To make the mustard sauce: 75 gr. of fresh chives, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 gr. of oil, 50 gr. of brandy, 1 small potato, 30 gr. of mustard, a pill of chicken stock, 7 grains of black pepper, some strands of saffron and 500 gr. of water.

 

Elaboration:

Crush the garlic with the parsley and the chicken. Add the serrano ham, the egg, salt and pepper and the bread crumbs. Mix it.

Make the meatballs and cook them in a steamer.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, grind the cloves of garlic and the onion with olive oil. Place the mixture in a pan and cook over low heat. Incorporate the brandy and the potato catted into small pieces.

Add the mustard, pepper, saffron, chicken broth and water. Crush the sauce again and mix it with the cooked meatballs.
