Salsas para sorprender en tu próxima BBQ

A few weeks ago we spoke about how the sauces are one of the most important accompaniment for a good beef.

And if we prepare them to accompany a good barbecue? What a spectacular combination: summer, Grill, meat, sauces...  and your friends!

Therefore if you want to surprise them here are some delicious sauces for your BBQs.

 

CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

Ingredients:

1/2 dry red pepper, 1 cup of red wine, 1 small onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 leaf of laurel, sweet and spicy paprika, pepper, oregano, vinegar, oil and salt.

Preparation:

Put the onion, the pepper and the garlic very chopped, half a teaspoon of paprika and half spicy, wine, a tablespoon of vinegar, laurel, a little pepper, oregano, salt and half a cup of oil in a bowl. Mix everything very well and place in oven 2 minutes or microwave at maximum power. Remove and let stand. Serve cold.

 

ROMESCO SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 nora, 2 peeled tomatoes, 1 slice of fried bread, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 Chili, 1 leaf of laurel, parsley, pepper, vinegar, oil and salt.

Preparation:

Leave the nora soak a few hours. Put the pepper, garlic, and a sprig of parsley, all very crushed in a mortar and crush well. Brown the onion, adding the mortar preparation. Add bay leaf and a splash of vinegar. Let simmer a few minutes. Add tomatoes, fried bread and half Chili, keeping fire 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and pass through the mixer. Let stand and cool before serving.

 

MOJO PICÓN SAUCE

Ingredients:

225 ml. olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar of wine, 1 garlic head, 2 chilli peppers or a cayenne, 1 teaspoon of cumin beans, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika and 1 teaspoon salt.

Preparation:

Peel and chop the garlic and mash in a mortar with salt. Clean seeds from chilli peppers and add them to the mortar with cumin. Follow crush until well mixed and form a homogeneous paste. Add the vinegar and paprika. Add the olive oil slowly and use mortar to bind the dough.

 

BBQ SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 onion, 1 garlic clove , 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 150 ml of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon paprika, salt and pepper.

Preparation: Peel and chop the onion and the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the garlic during a minute. Add the onion and cook 8 minutes over medium heat until blond color. Add the ketchup, brown sugar, honey, tomato sauce and peppers. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Blend it and let cool.
