Holly Week recipe: Meat pies

Majorca is an island full of culture and traditions and the Holy Week it fills of many of them. For the Majorcans these days are full of typical recipes, some sweets and salty others. Between them we can find the pies of lamb, though if you do not like the lamb you can use another meat as pork or chicken add peas. For tastes, colors!

Ingredients for the mass: 1 and 1/2 k of flour of confectionary, 375 g of lard of pork melted, 240 g of olive oil, 1 glass of warm water baker's yeast and salt.

 

Ingredients for the landfill: 1 leg of lamb boned and cut into pieces (approximately 1,200 g), salt, pepper, juice of lemon, sobrasada cut into pieces, and bacon.
