How can that be possible in a country that invented the tapas, the same country that has led the evolution of the culinary history and had been by decades with the highest rate of fish consumption after Japan, and now is furiously embrace with this American icon?
The famous mince steak meat has proliferates in all the Spanish cities, roads and in prestigious restaurants with remarkable chefs.
If the offer multiplied almost sickeningly it is because demand is growing. In other words, Spanish people are passionate with hamburgers. What a revolution!
