Black angus meat. Do we know how to identify it?

Black Angus cows are black bovine race without horns, known for its high quality which comes from the north of England. Could you be able to identify the meat?

The certification of meat was introduced since 1978, and it must submit 10 different ratings.
The meat must have:
An excellent texture, mottled physically and without of capillary rupture, has to be with a superior color and high thickness.
All this meat must come from farms with more than 51% black cows.
It is documented that more than 8% of the meat satisfies these requirements to be Certified Angus Beef.
