1. Argentinian BBQ

Ingredients:

1 kilo of beef fillet

½ kilo of marinated chorizo

5 tablespoons of sea salt

1 bottle of beer type Pilsen

 

Elaboration:

Cut the meat into pieces.

Soften the meat with several hammer strokes. Add salt.

Add the beer. Let stand for about 2 hours. Roast the meat.

 

2. Grilled chicken in mustard sauce

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of mustard

2 chickens catted into pieces

1 pinch of dry flaked chili

1 tablespoon of crushed rosemary

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 large cup of lemon juice

½ cup of lemon zest

 

Elaboration:

Mix in a bowl: lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, rosemary and dried chili flakes.

Add between 1 and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt. Mix.

Place the chicken to marinate inside a large plastic bag.

Preheat the grill over medium heat. Season and roast the meat.
