3 different ways to marinate meats

1. Marinated with vinegar

Ingredients:

Beef

4 cloves of garlic

100ml of honey

1 cup of water

2 cups of vinegar

3 tablespoons of oregano

2 tablespoons of parsley

2 tablespoons of cumin

1 tablespoon of pepper

1 plastic bag

 

Elaboration:

Cut the meat into medium pieces.

Then, inside the hermetic bag, mix the vinegar, water, honey, oregano, parsley, cumin and pepper, plus the 4 cloves of garlic.

Next, put the meat inside the bag and store it in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours.

 

 

2. Marinated with red wine

Ingredients:

2 onions

1 whole chicken

4 bay leaves

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

2 cups of red wine

1 teaspoon of pepper

1/2 cup of olive oil

2 teaspoons of mustard

1 teaspoon of vinegar

 

Elaboration:

First, cut the onions into slices and divide them into rings.

In a large bowl add the onion rings, wine, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil and bay leaves. Mix well.

Then, put the whole chicken in the bowl and mix it. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or leave it overnight.

 

 

3. Marinated in lemon juice

Ingredients:

Pork loin

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

1/2 teaspoon of oregano

3 cloves of garlic

1/2 chopped onion

1/2 cup of lemon juice

5 tablespoons of olive oil

1/2 red pepper

 

Elaboration:

In a large bowl mix the lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano.

Put the meat in the bowl and mix it. Cover the bowl with wrapping paper and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
